Why HRD Minister Smriti Irani is unhappy with her officials?

New Delhi, Nov 1: It seems the Human Resource Development Minister Smriti Irani is leaving no stone unturned in fulfilling the task, she has been assigned by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The young and energetic Minister wants each and every assignment completed with accuracy and speed. But according to some reports, she is not happy with her team's way of functioning, especially the press information department.

According to reports, till now the HRD Minister has removed three information officers of the Ministry. These three officers are RN Mishra, Nanu Bhasin and Mausmi Chakrabarti. Reports say Smriti was unhappy with the working of these three officers as all three of them failed in getting good media coverage about her and her Ministry.

Due to this, the IAS officers are showing reluctance to become the Information officer of the HRD Minister at Shashtri Bhawan.

Smriti not happy with the media coverage

According to sources, the HRD Minister thinks that due to the inefficiency of her the information officers, the media is not giving due coverage to her Ministry.

Smriti who was caught in a row over her educational qualification as soon as she was appointed Minister had said asked the people to judge her by her work. Since then, the Minister is working hard for refoming the education system of the country.
"I have been judged by my organisation with regard to my capacity to deliver on assignments," she said.
