Why All Eyes On Reasi Is Trending On Social Media?

The tragic bus attack in Jammu and Kashmir's Reasi district on June 9, which claimed the lives of 10 people, including a two-year-old, has left many in shock and outrage. The incident, which saw terrorists target a bus carrying pilgrims to the Shiv Khori temple, has sparked a heated debate on social media about the silence of celebrities who had previously expressed solidarity with Palestinians in Gaza.

It must be noted that in March, several Indian celebrities, including Priyanka Chopra, Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Tripti Dimri, Richa Chadha, and Rohit Sharma's wife Ritika Sajdeh, shared a viral post titled "All Eyes on Rafah" to show support for the Palestinian victims of Israeli airstrikes. However, their silence on the Reasi tragedy has been met with widespread criticism and anger from netizens.

Why All Eyes On Reasi Is Trending On Social Media

Many have taken to social media to express their disappointment and frustration at the celebrities' lack of response to the tragedy. "All those who used to say 'all eyes are on Rafah' have now surrendered to silence," wrote one social media user.

Another user bitterly commented on Priyanka Chopra's previous support for Rafah, saying, "Now her eyes are closed. They don't see Muslim terrorists killing Hindu pilgrims."

The silence of other celebrities like Ritika Sajdeh and Madhuri Dixit has also been criticised. Many have questioned why these celebrities, who were so quick to express empathy for distant Palestinian victims, are not speaking out for the Hindu victims of terrorism in their own country.

The "All Eyes on Reasi" post has gone viral, with many users calling out the celebrities' double standards and hypocrisy. The incident has raised important questions about the responsibility of celebrities to use their platform to speak out against injustice and terrorism, regardless of their location or religion.

However, another video that is circulating on internet that says Terrorism has no religion.
