Why Abhinav Arora’s Mother Is Suing 7 YouTubers In Mathura

The mother of Abhinav Arora, a spiritual content creator from Delhi, has filed a case in the Mathura district court of Uttar Pradesh against multiple "anti-Hindu" YouTubers.

Jyoti Arora, Abhinav's mother, has initiated criminal proceedings against seven YouTubers who allegedly trolled her 10-year-old son for his social media content, as reported by Bar and Bench. She also accuses these individuals of violating his privacy.

"The actions of the accused have caused immense emotional distress for the complainant's minor child, particularly since he is only 10 years old. He is unable to practice his religion freely or live his daily life without fear of harassment or insults, whether physical or online," the complaint states.

Abhinav, affectionately known as 'Bal Sant Baba' by his fans, boasts over 950,000 followers on Instagram. However, questions have been raised about his authenticity and spiritual credibility.

On Monday, Abhinav's family reported that he had received death threats from the gang of Lawrence Bishnoi. "Abhinav has not done anything to deserve such threats. All he does is engage in devotion," Jyoti Arora told ANI.

She added, "We received a call today from the Lawrence Bishnoi group threatening that Abhinav would be killed. Last night, I missed a call, and today we received a message from the same number stating they would kill Abhinav."

Recently, a video went viral showing Abhinav being scolded by Swami Rambhadracharya. In response, Jyoti Arora remarked, "It was not as significant an issue as it is being portrayed. This video is from 2023 and occurred in Vrindavan. Abhinav was so immersed in his devotion that he forgot he was supposed to remain silent on stage and began chanting. Rambhadracharya ji later blessed him. Even the reprimands of elders are like blessings."
