West Bengal, June 29: As bizarre and hilarious as it seems, this incident in West Bengal had everyone shocked.

Soumyadip Mahato (18), who passed the higher secondary examination this year, contacted the nodal officer for conducting the examinations in the area and was assured help. Later in the evening, the dog's photo was removed and his photo was replaced with it.

Mahato could appear for the Common Entrance Test (CET) under West Bengal State Council for Vocational Training with the new admit card today. Meanwhile, an enquiry has been ordered into the case.
