In a shocking video, a woman in Telagana's Karimnagar can be seen cooking omelette on hot floor of her house instead of cooking gas.

The rising heat in the state has so far claimed dozens of lives.

The Telangana government has issued alerts in all districts to take precautionary measures to minimise the impact of the prevailing weather conditions.

In view of scorching heat, Telangana government declared early summer vacation for schools. The summer vacation in schools was to begin from April 23.
