UP: Woman corporator injured by acid attack

Bareilly, Nov 28: A woman corporator was injured in an altercation with a few people who allegedly threw

on her in Faridpur area over a money-related dispute.

Police said that the incident took place last night when the corporator of Para Muskan Devi (35), who ran a shop with her husband, had a scuffle with a few people over payment of money.

However, it took a very serious turn as they threw acid on her face and private parts. The accused have been named as Ramdas and Arvind.
