Uttar Pradesh: Nishad Party Chief Sanjay Nishad's Convoy Vehicle Overturns; 5 Injured

Five individuals were hurt when a vehicle in the convoy of Uttar Pradesh Minister and Nishad Party leader Sanjay Nishad overturned near Januan village. The incident occurred in the Khejuri Police Station area last night. Among those injured were four women, all party workers, as confirmed by Nishad.

"I was travelling with the convoy to attend the Constitutional Rights Yatra organised by the party on Tuesday night (December 31) when the incident occurred. Near Januan village in the Khejuri area, one of the vehicles following the convoy lost control while trying to avoid an animal and overturned into a ditch," he said.

After the accident, senior police and administrative officials quickly arrived at the scene. They ensured that all injured individuals received prompt medical attention. The victims were taken to the district hospital for necessary treatment.
