The video of Jill Biden kissing Doug Emhoff has gone viral.

Washington, Feb 08: US First lady Jill Biden was caught kissing Vice President Kamala Harris' husband Doug Emhoff 'on the lips' and the clip went viral on internet.

The incident occurred before US President Biden delivered his second State of the Union address. A journalist named Benny Johnson posted the 8-second clip on Twitter with a caption - 'Did Jill Biden just kiss Kamala's husband on the LIPS?'. The video has amassed close to eight lakh views by the time this story went for publishinhg.

The clip triggered massive response on the social media site. "Jill Biden just kissed Kamala Harris' husband on the lips. Didn't see that one coming," a person wrote on Twitter. "Did Jill Biden just kiss Kamala's husband on the LIPS?!," another said. "Sexy start to the State of the Union tonight with Dr Jill Biden and Kamala's husband with a heck of a hello kiss," wrote another.

"I am happy people find some entertainment in this circus, [sic]" the fourth one said. "I saw that!! The husband and I immediately turned to each other and asked "did that just happen?" Jumped on to Twitter to see if anyone else saw!![sic]" a netizen wrote.

However, the people around them did not show any surprise by their display of affection.

Meanwhile, Joe Biden, in his State of the Union address, said that "Made in America" is the top priority of his administration and roads and bridges will be made with materials from America.

He said that his country used to be in the numero uno position when it comes to infrastructure but slipped to the 13th place. "Now we're coming back because we came together to pass the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, the largest investment in infrastructure since President Eisenhower's Interstate Highway System," he said.

He said 'Buy American' has been the law of the land since 1933. "But for too long, past administrations have found ways to get around it. Not anymore," Biden said in his joint address to the US Congress, according to a report in ANI.

"Tonight, I'm also announcing new standards to require all construction materials used in federal infrastructure projects to be made in America. American-made lumber, glass, drywall, fiber optic cables," he said.

Also, he warned China in his speech following the recent balloon incident and said, "If China threatens our sovereignty, we will act to protect our country. Let's be clear, winning the competition with China should unite all of us. We face serious challenges across the world. In the past two years, democracies have become stronger, not weaker."
