Thought Of Converting To Islam: Pinky Gupta's Suicide Note To Live-In Partner Sakib Khan Found By UP Cop
The Uttar Pradesh police have discovered a suicide note in the residence of a 26-year-old woman who was found hanging in an apartment she shared with her boyfriend. In her handwritten letter, the victim, Pinky Gupta, accused her partner of being responsible for her death.
Reportedly, Pinky Gupta worked as a receptionist at a gym and had been in a relationship with Sakib Khan, a trainer, for the past four years. Gupta had been pressuring Sakib to marry her, but he repeatedly refused.

Later, Gupta discovered that Sakib had deceived her about his marital status and was already married. This revelation strained their relationship, and it is alleged that this led the victim to take her own life.
In her suicide letter, the victim expressed her feelings of shame and regret. She mentioned that she had been fighting with Sakib and herself for his love, but he did not value her affection. She wrote about her contemplation of changing her religion and converting to Islam for him. She shared her desire to accept everything about him, hoping that he would be hers, but he still failed to understand her. The letter concluded with a farewell message to Sakib.
This heartfelt letter was found in her diary, where she had documented the events of the past four years of her relationship.
Upon recovering and seizing the diary from her room, the police learned that Pinky had been working as a receptionist at a gym operated by a man named Sakib Ali.
DCP (Trans-Hindon) Shubham Patel informed PTI that the victim's brother, Shubham Gupta, filed a complaint, resulting in the registration of an FIR under Section 306 of the IPC, and Ali was subsequently arrested.
The victim's brother alleged that she had been living with Ali for the past four years and accused him and his family members of her murder.
The body has been sent for post-mortem examination, and investigations into the matter are ongoing, according to the police.
