'This is unconstitutional', says HD Kumaraswamy on Karnataka Governor's invite to BJP to form govt
Reacting to Karnataka Governor's invite to BJP to form government, Janata Dal Secular (JDS), chief HD Kumaraswamy on Wednesday said that by giving 15 days time to prove majority Governor is encouraging horse-trading by BJP leaders, which is unconstitutional.

Speaking to media, Kumaraswamy said,''By giving 15 days time (to prove majority) Governor is encouraging horse-trading by BJP leaders, this is unconstitutional. We will discuss the future plan.''
"Gujarati traders have opened their shop here. There are 3 of them, Modi, Shah & Vala. We will fight back. I am warning them, we will face it." Kumaraswamy had staked claim to form the government in Karnataka with the support of Congress.
Meanwhile, following Governor's invitation to BJP on forming govt, JD(S) leaders contemplate to shift party MLAs to Eagleton resort. Kumaraswamy holds talks with party supremo HD DeveGowda after Governor's invitation.
