Terror group SFJ threatens to storm New Delhi airport during G20 meet
The Sikhs for Justice and its chief, Gurpatwant Singh Pannun are both banned entities in India. The SJF has resorted to violence many times in a bid to achieve its goal
The proscribed outfit, Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) has threatened to enter the Indira Gandhi International Airport and raise Khalistan flags during the G20 Foreign Minister's Summit.
A video which is in circulation shows a slogan, "Punjab is not in India," at the Sub Divisional Magistrate Office complex at Bagha Purana and the Government Polytechnic College, Rode Village in Punjab's Moga district. The SFJ has claimed responsibility for the anti-India graffiti. Rode was the village from where Khalistan terrorist Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale hailed from.
In his message the chief of the SFJ, Gurpatwant Singh Pannun said, 'this message is for the G20 Foreign Ministers. Punjab is not in India. SFJ will storm and target the New Delhi airport with flags.'
What happened to Hindus & Sikhs in Pak?
"Now is the time that you (G20 foreign ministers) support the Khalistan Referendum. You support the Sikh's rights to self-determination, and you do not recognise India's territorial integrity because India is not a country, but a union of states with a condition. If the people do not want to stay with that union, they have the right to vote," he further threatened.
Both Pannun and his SFJ are banned entities in India.
About Sikhs for Justice:
The Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) is a group that claims to promote the cause of self-determination. The outfit was founded in the United States in 2007.
The SFJ has used violence to achieve its goals. It is also involved in terror attacks in India. It is also a well known fact that SFJ is a proxy of Pakistan which is being used to promote anti-India activities.
In 2021, the SFJ had announced a reward of $250,000 for unfurling the Khalistan flag on the Red Fort during Republic Day. Pannun said, 'January 26 is coming and on the Red Fort, there is an Indian Tricolour. Remove the Tricolour on January 26 and replace it with a Khalistan flag," he had said.

There has been a rise in the number of Khalistan related activities, especially in Punjab.
Punjab has been witnessing violent incidents, thanks to the rise of Amritpal Singh, a radical Sikh leader. He had earlier threatened Union Home Minister, Amit Shah with the same fate as Indira Gandhi, if he tried to stop the Khalistan movement.
He calls Bhindranwale an inspiration and said that he should be celebrated as a youth icon. No matter how evil they may portray him, he will always be our hero, Singh had said.
While acting, talking and dressing like Bhindranwale, Singh has however maintained that he is not even equal to the dust on his feet.
