Telangana: TRS chief to contest both Lok Sabha, Assembly polls
Rao, who represented Mahaboobnagar in the outgoing Lok Sabha elections is also contesting from the Gajwel Assembly seat in Medak district in the state polls being held in undivided Andhra Pradesh.
Kavitha, his daughter has been fielded from the Nizamabad Lok Sabha seat in the region.
The TRS released its third list of candidates for the Lok Sabha and the Assembly constituencies today. Polling is likely to be held for 17 Lok Sabha and 119 Assembly segments in the Telangana region on April 30.
