Star campaigners for BJP, Congress: Here is the complete list
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Congress have released its list of star campaigners for the upcoming Karnataka Assembly elections to be held on May 10.
Prime Minster Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister, Yogi Adityanath are among the 40 star campaigners for the BJP.

The BJP's national president, J P Nadda, Union Ministers Rajnath Singh, Nirmala Sitharaman, Nitin Gadkari and Smriti Irani are also part of the list.
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivaraj Singh Chouhan, Assam Chief Minister Hemanth Biswa Sharma, and Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis are also on the list.
BJP poll in-charge Dharmendra Pradhan, co-in-charge Mansukh Mandaviya and K Annamalai, national general secretary in-charge of Karnataka Arun Singh and co-in-charge D. K. Aruna are also on the list that has been submitted to the Election Commission of India.
Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai, parliamentary board member B. S. Yediyurappa, national general secretary C. T. Ravi, Union Ministers Pralhad Johi, Shobha Karandlaje, Bhagwanth Khuba and A. Narayanaswamy, former Deputy Chief Minister K. S. Eshwarappa, Ministers Govind Karjol and R. Ashok are also on the list.
Film actors, Jaggesh, Shruthi and Thara Anuradha also feature in the list. MLA Basanagouda Patil also made the cut.
N Ravikumar and organising general secretary G. V. Rajesh, Minister Kota Srinivasa Poojari, and MLA Arvind Limbavali are also part of the list.
The Congress list of star campaigners:
Party president Mallikarjun Kharge, UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, party's state unit chief DK Shivakumar, LoP Siddaramaiah, ex-CM and prominent Lingayat leader Jagadish Shettar are on the list of star campaigners. Shettar had recently quit the BJP and joined the Congress.
K C Venugopal, Shashi Tharoor, Randeep Singh Surjewala, Jairam Ramesh, P Chidambaram, Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot, Chhattisgarh CM, Bhupesh Baghel, Himachal Pradesh CM, Sukhwinder Singh Sukku and Maharashtra ex-CM Prithviraj Chavan have made it to the list. Sachin Pilot who has been on a war front from Gehlot however did not make the cut.
