SSC Recruitment 2023: Last Date Of Registration Ends Today At ssc.nic.in

The registration process for the SSC Grade C exam 2018 and 2019 conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) ends today, October 3. Previously, the deadline for registration was September 25, but it was later pushed to October 3.

The online registration deadline was prolonged by the commission due to difficulties experienced by some applicants during the form-filling process. Therefore, unregistered individuals can now sign up through the SSC official website at ssc.nic.in.

"As some difficulties in filling up of online application form have been reported to the Commission by the candidates, the Commission has decided to extend the last date for receipt of online application form from 25.09.2023 to 03.10.2023. Therefore, the last date of receipt of online application form of Grade 'C' Stenographers Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, 2018 & 2019 shall be 03.10.2023," reads the official notice.

Candidates who qualify for the 2018 examination can also apply for the 2019 examination, as long as they meet all eligibility criteria and specifically request to be considered. However, only those applicants whose applications are forwarded by their Department or Office Head will be eligible for this recruitment examination.

Documents Needed For SSC Grade C Stenographer Recruitment 2023

• A copy of the relevant educational qualification certificate
• Candidate's signature as a specimen.
• Certified genuine copy of the first page of the service book, officially attested by the candidate's head of department or head of office.
• Certified genuine copy of the candidate's service particulars attested by the head of department or head of office.
• Form of service certificate for injured defence personnel.
• In the case of PwBD applicants, a certificate of disability is required.

The process for completing the online application for the recruitment test is a two-step process - one-time registration, and then filling in the online examination form.
