Sonia Gandhi describes Ravindra Jain as a musician par excellence

New Delhi, Oct 9: Congress President Sonia Gandhi on Friday condoled the death of noted lyricist and music composer Ravindra Jain whom she described as a "musician par excellence."

In a message, Gandhi said that the void created by the music director-singer-lyricist in the popular as well as classical music genre will be hard to fill.

He was a "musician par excellence". Jain died on Friday at a Mumbai hospital due to multiple organ failure.
