See How A Man Scares Away Lion To Save His Cow

A video had recently caught the attention of netizens where a buffalo saved its life when a pride of lions was behind it. Now, yet another clip has gone viral on the internet in which a man saves the life of a cow.

In the clip shared by Vivek Kotadiya, corporator of Keshod in Gujarat's Junagadh, a lion is holding a cow by its neck. The farmer, casually, walked in and scared the big cat away.

The incident took place in the Gir Somnath district and the video was captured by a passenger in the car.

The clip is winning the hearts of netizens for two reasons - first for the brave fight shown by the cow and the casual approach by the farmer during the demanding situation.

"Congratulations to the farmer who acted calmly and saved the cow," a user said.

According to a report in NDTV, the farmer owns the cow.

A few weeks ago, a video of a buffalo surviving an attack from a lion pride has caught the attention of the netizens. The incident was captured by Antoni Britz, who is the manager at Elephant Walk Retreat, at Kruger National Park, South Africa. "The Vurhami Pride paid us a visit at Ellie Walk yesterday, they were attempting to hunt this lone buffalo... giving our guests and our staff quite a show," Elephant Walk Retreat captioned the clip.

In the viral footage, the lions try to attack the lone buffalo, but it outsmarts and escapes from the crocodile-infested river.

"On this particular day one of our staff members, Sipho, who was working in unit 8, spotted lions from the deck and came to call me," Latest Sightings quoted Antoni Britz as saying.
