RSS Moves to New Headquarters After 8 Years at Udaseen Ashram
The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) has officially inaugurated its new headquarters, 'Keshav Kunj,' at Jhandewalan in New Delhi. Spanning 5 lakh square feet, the state-of-the-art complex comprises three towers, auditoriums, a library, a hospital, and a Hanuman temple.
Built at an estimated cost of ₹150 crore, the facility was entirely funded through public donations from RSS workers and supporters. The headquarters features 300 rooms, dedicated office spaces, and three large auditoriums with a total seating capacity of over 1,300. Additionally, it includes a five-bed hospital, parking space for 270 cars, and 'Keshav Pustakalaya,' a research-focused library.

The three towers-'Sadhana,' 'Prerana,' and 'Archana'-serve distinct purposes. While 'Sadhana' houses offices, 'Prerana' and 'Archana' function as residential quarters. A landscaped open space between the towers features a statue of RSS founder Keshav Baliram Hedgewar.
RSS functionaries began relocating to the new headquarters in September last year, moving from the Udaseen Ashram, where the organization had been operating for the past eight years. RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat is set to host the 'Karyakarta Milan' event at the new complex on February 19, ahead of the Akhil Bharatiya Pratinidhi Sabha meeting in Bengaluru from March 21 to 23.
