Not far behind, Rakibul Hussain from the Congress party secured the second-highest victory margin, winning by 10.12 lakh votes from Dhubri in Assam. The list of record-breaking wins also includes former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan from Vidisha with a margin of 8.21 lakh votes, and BJP's C.R. Union Home Minister Amit Shah also made headlines with his win from Gandhinagar by over 7.44 lakh votes, further emphasizing the BJP's strong performance in these elections. The previous highest winning margin was held by Pritam Munde of the BJP, who won a by-election in Beed, Maharashtra by more than 6.96 lakh votes in October 2014.

Other notable victories include Union Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia's win from Guna in Madhya Pradesh by more than 5.40 lakh votes and several BJP candidates from Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh securing margins of over 5 lakh votes. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi also registered significant wins from Varanasi and Wayanad respectively, with Modi winning by more than 1.52 lakh votes and Gandhi by over 3.64 lakh votes.
