The meeting also focused on areas including capacity building of security agencies and state police by imparting specialized training.
The terrorist activities are on a rise in Jammu and Kashmir. The Jammu and Kashmir police said that the escape of the terrorists from a Srinagar hospital recently was a desperate move by the Lashkar-e-Tayiba as its top leadership had been eliminated.
In the past 35 days there have been 240 incidents along the Line of Control and International Border.
Intelligence reports in the possession of OneIndia clearly indicate that Pakistan would continue to up the ante. There is a desperate attempt to aid infiltrations and ceasefire violations are being indulged in to provide cover fire to the terrorists.
