Rajasthan govt neglecting malnutrition in state: Sachin Pilot

Jaipur, July 29: Rajasthan Congress chief Sachin Pilot today alleged that the BJP government in the state is neglecting the issue of malnutrition and has not taken any step to check it even after the 11 children reportedly died in Barmer district.

"Eleven children died due to malnutrition in Barmer in February, while 29 deaths were reported in Baran in 2014 but the government took no steps to check the situation," he alleged is a statement.

"Recently, three children died due to this problem in Mangrol area of Baran, and many others are suffering from malnutrition. The government should take congnisance of the situation and make efforts to address it," he said.
