Rahul uses emotional card at rally, says mother was ill, had tears

"My mother refused to leave the Parliament when the food bill was passed. She was ill but she was adamant that she wanted to vote in Parliament. She was unable to breathe when she landed in the hospital and she had tears in her eyes," Gandhi said.
Launching the Congress' election campaign in Madhya Pradesh, he took a dig at the Opposition and said that the govt in MP had done nothing for the people. "BJP talks of development but they don't talk of people who walk on those streets," he said.
He lashed out at the state government and said that is there anything more important than development? Yes there is. "Respect is more important than development. MP government does not respect its people," he said.
