New Delhi, Nov 16: Senior BJP leader Subramanian Swamy came out with a sesational revelation against Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi.
As per the senior politician, the Gandhi-scion who also happens to be an Indian MP, possesses dual citizenship, which is blatant violation of the Indian constitution.

Addressing a press conference Swamy alleged, " I have written a letter to PM Narendra Modi, enclosing authenticated documents regarding registration in 2003 of a private company in Britain. The company's name is 'Backops' and its Director is 'Rahul Gandhi' who declared himself to be British national in the registration papers."
"As per article 9 of Indian constitution, any Indian citizen cannot acquire dual citizenship," Swamy further added.

Swamy told media persons that in his letter he has requested the PM to take this matter into account and strip the Amethi MP of his citizenship, and his membership of the Lok Sabha.
The Congress, so far, has not come up with a counter on the serious allegations made by the BJP leader.
