Punjab: Panic after live bomb found near Pathankot railway station

Panic gripped among local residents near the Pathankot Railway Station after an old live bomb was found on Wednesday. The police have intensified the security cover at the railway station.

According to ANI, the bomb was spotted during the construction of quarters near the railway station.

Local police was informed and a bomb disposal squad was immediately rushed to the spot.

Some Army officials were also sent to the spot to take stock of the situation.
