Protest against land ordinance: Kejriwal, Rahul can join protest but not share stage, says Anna
New Delhi, Feb 23: Terming the land ordinance as anti-farmer, activist Anna Hazare, who will hold a two-day protest against it here from today, said today that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Rahul Gandhi can join the movement but they will not share the stage with him.
They will have to sit among the common workers, he said. The 77-year-old Gandhian also said that he has spoken to Kejriwal on phone and he will meet him tomorrow to discuss the next course of action.

Hazare also said that the Delhi Chief Minister has expressed his desire to join the agitation.
"I told him that workers should not come on the stage, they can join the agitation. We will talk on this in detail when I will meet him. We will talk and figure out the next plan of action," he told NDTV.
Asked about Congress wanting to support his movement, the anti-corruption activist said said that political parties manipulate such situations against each other and if the Congress Vice President wants to join the agitation, he can come and sit among the public.
"If a chief minister wants to come and be a part of our protest, he can. This ordinance is against the farmers and in favour of the corporates. It seems to be 'Achhe Din' only for the corporates," he said.
Hazare, along with farmers' bodies, will hold a two-day protest against the ordinance at Jantar Mantar here starting today when the Budget Session of Parliament will commence.
