As Priyanka Gandhi was being greeted by party leaders, one man approached her holding a neatly wrapped bouquet. As she accepted the gift, she couldn't help but burst into laughter when she realised it was empty. The party workers around her appeared embarrassed, while Priyanka Gandhi and others on stage chuckled at the unexpected blunder.

Despite the brief moment of amusement,Priyanka Gandhi quickly switched back to campaign mode, launching a scathing attack on the Narendra Modi government over rising prices. She specifically mentioned the hike in onion prices, which has been a major source of concern for many households.

She stated, "Onion prices have surged just before Diwali, causing distress among housewives. The government only takes steps to control inflation when elections are approaching. The price of an LPG cylinder had risen to ₹1,400, and just two months prior to the elections, the government reduced it to ₹400."

Priyanka Gandhi commented, "Indore is the land of Maharani Ahilyabai Holkar, known for justice, truth, and good governance. The people here will reinstate those values by eliminating corruption and mismanagement."

Maharani Ahilyabai Holkar was an 18th-century Maratha queen who ruled over Indore for nearly three decades.

A video capturing the amusing bouquet incident has since gone viral, with BJP leaders making jests at the Congress's expense over this faux pas.
