Police arrest adult film making gang

Kolkata, Dec 22: At least 28 people were arrested for shooting porn films in the city's satellite township of Bidhannagar, police said on Tuesday.

The arrests were made on Monday evening when a police team raided a marriage hall where the shooting was being done.

"We have arrested 28 people, including seven women, after they were caught making porn films inside the hall," deputy commissioner of police (Bidhannagar) K. A. P. Barui said.

According to the police, the prime accused -- a director -- lured girls from the area promising film roles but instead forced them to act in porn clips and uploaded them on adult websites.

The owner of the marriage hall has also also arrested.
