New Delhi, Feb 5: BJP leaders on Monday lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi's speech in the Lok Sabha, describing it as a roadmap for India's transformation into a developed nation. Modi addressed the House during a debate on the Motion of Thanks on the President's Address.

PM Modi's Response Highlights Achievements

Union Minister Mahendra Nath Pandey commended the Prime Minister's speech, stating that it showcased the substantial work accomplished by the government over the past decade to propel India forward. Pandey emphasized that Modi presented a clear vision for a developed India of the future.

Congress Advised to Embrace Reforms

Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Nisith Pramanik praised Modi's speech and took a dig at the Congress party. He suggested that the Congress should heed the Prime Minister's advice and implement reforms within the party, including bringing in new and young leaders. Pramanik criticized Rahul Gandhi's recent yatras, claiming that they have been unsuccessful and have led to the Congress's decline in several states.

Pramanik further lauded Prime Minister Modi for fulfilling his promises to the people. He highlighted Modi's strong response to the opposition's criticism of nepotism (parivarvaad) in the Lok Sabha.

Union Minister Ramdas Athawale, whose party RPI (A) is an ally of the NDA, commended the Prime Minister for his robust response to the opposition and for presenting the accomplishments of his government over the past ten years.
