PM Modi To Hold High-Level Meetings To Review G20 Summit Arrangements
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will review the preparations for the upcoming G20 Summit in Delhi after returning from the ASEAN-India Summit in Indonesia. He will arrive in Delhi on Thursday evening and will hold a meeting with Cabinet ministers at the Sushma Swaraj Bhawan the next day. At the meeting, he will receive a comprehensive briefing on the G20 Summit arrangements.
The G20 Summit is slated to take place in New Delhi on September 9 and 10.

Leaders from the G20 member nations, including US President Joe Biden, British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, are expected to commence their arrivals in Delhi starting September 8.
The summit will be hosted at Bharat Mandapam, a newly constructed international convention and exhibition center located at Pragati Maidan.
This two-day summit marks a historic moment for India, as it is the first time the country has been chosen as the host. Extensive preparations, encompassing security measures and enhancements to civic infrastructure, have been undertaken to facilitate this grand event, which is anticipated to see the participation of over 30 heads of state, high-ranking officials from the European Union and invited guest nations, as well as 14 leaders from international organisations.
