‘Personal Experience Hai Kya?’: Rahul Gandhi Retorts To PM Modi's 'Deal With Ambani-Adani' Jibe
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi criticised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his comment about businessmen Adani and Ambani sending their money in a tempo, jokingly asking if Modi was speaking from personal experience.
During an election rally in Telangana's Karimpur, PM Narendra Modi had criticised Rahul Gandhi for not attacking Gautam Adani and Mukesh Ambani in his speeches and questioned whether the Congress had received money from them. PM Modi highlighted how Rahul Gandhi had focused on attacking these industrialists until the election was announced but had stopped afterward. He insinuated that there might have been a deal between the Congress and the industrialists, jokingly suggesting that loads of currency notes might have been delivered to the Congress in a tempo.

In response, Rahul Gandhi retorted, suggesting that Modi seemed scared and had for the first time mentioned Adani and Ambani in public. He sarcastically referred to Modi's comment about money being sent in a tempo, hinting at corruption. He challenged Modi to send the CBI and ED to investigate if there was any wrongdoing.
Rahul Gandhi also claimed that if Modi had allegedly given money to Adani and Ambani, the Congress would give the same amount to the people of India through its promised schemes if voted to power in the Lok Sabha elections. The Congress has consistently accused Modi of favoring the top industrialists in the country, including Adani and Ambani.
AICC general secretary Jairam Ramesh also criticized Modi, stating that the prime minister is attacking his own friends out of bewilderment due to not getting a clear majority.
Earlier, Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra had remarked that in the third phase of elections, the people of the country had slowed down Modi's pace, causing him to miss the support of his friends.
