OI EXCLUSIVE: BJP MP SP Singh Baghel Assured Of Victory, Says Voters Will Surely Elect PM Modi For Third Term

Lok Sabha Elections 2024 are intensifying with every round of polling. Political parties and candidates are leaving no stone unturned and trying their best to woo the voters. However, some leaders who have been working 365 days for the people of their constituency find this election a normal contest and are assured of their victory. In an exclusive conversation with OneIndia reporter Pankaj Mishra, Uttar Pradesh Bharatiya Janata Party heavyweight leader SP Singh Baghel said people who sweat out at practice, are never afraid of competition.

SP Singh Baghel said he and his team have been working closely with the people of Agra for years, have resolved their problems, and is assured that voters will elect him once again. Praising the Centre's social development policies, he added that voters will surely elect Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the third term.

SP Singh Baghel Agenda For The Third Upcoming Term:

Replying to a question about what new plans SP Singh Baghel has for the people of Agra, sitting MP and BJP candidate said that he will work on the people's manifesto along with the party's promises made in the manifesto. Problems and issues raised by people through MLA and councilors will be his first priority, underlining that he has established direct contact with the people of Agra.

Facilities For Tourists:

MP Baghel said his constituency has always been a center of attraction for tourists coming from around the world to see the Taj Mahal, and the Narendra Modi government is doing its best to cater them. For better connectivity, the government has started Gatimaan Express and Vande Bharat Express, Expressways connecting from major cities. He added that earlier only 1 flight was there to Agra, which has been extended to 7, which made Agra's airport the third biggest airport in Uttar Pradesh after Banaras (Varanasi) and Lucknow.

Through OneIndia, SP Singh Baghel appealed to the people of Uttar Pradesh to exercise their votes in record numbers in favor of the BJP and support Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the development of Viksit Bharat.

On May 7, 94 Lok Sabha constituencies, including Agra, will go under polling in 12 states and union territories (UTs) in the third-leg of seven phase election. Results for Lok Sabha Elections 2024 will be announced on June 4, 2024.
