A video made by a social media influencer from Arab has gone viral ahead of the G20 Tourism Working Group meeting in Srinagar.

Arab influencer Amjad Taha has come up with a video which has amassed over 1.2 million (or 12 lakhs) views in a matter of two days. In the clip, he has said that the place is not in Switzerland or Austria, but in India and called Srinagar a "paradise on Earth."

‘Not Switzerland or Austria’: Arab Influencer On G20 Summit In Kashmir

"This is not Switzerland or Austria; this is India, and this is Kashmir where the G20 will take place. It's called the "paradise on Earth," a place that has preserved the Earth and can be the solution for climate change. In Kashmir, we see Muslims, Hindus, Sikhs, and Christians all living in peace and enjoying their diverse land while contributing to world innovation and development for the future. #Kashmir #India #G20 @narendramodi," he captioned the video.

The event will be held from May 22 to 24 and it will have the participation of about 60 delegations. This is the first major international event to be held in Kashmir after the Narendra Modi-led BJP government scrapped the Article 370 which had given special status to the region.

In a similar post, singer Honey Singh expressed his happiness over Srinagar hosting a G20 event. "I got to know that G20 Summit is happening in Kashmir this time and is happening in other places as well of India... Goa and some other places. I am very much excited. I am right now in America. I am performing for my promo tour Honey 3.0 and I am gonna bring all my fans from America, India and all over and request them to go and support G20 summit Kashmir," the Punjabi singer said in a clip.

He added, "Kashmir is a paradise. I have been there a long time back when I was a child. I want to go there again... not this time... but next time I will visit Kashmir soon. So this is a request to my fans to go and support G20 India."

The tourism industry is hoping that this event would possibly make the US and the European countries to lift Jammu and Kashmir-specific travel advisories given to its citizens.
