Assembly polls 2016: Know about the 4 states, Puducherry
New Delhi, March 5:The Assembly elections in West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Assam and Union Territory of Puducherry will be held in phases across a span of 43 days between April 4, 2016 and May 16, 2016.
While Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Puducherry will have single day polling on May 16, West Bengal will have polling in six phases and Assam will have in two phases.
