NEET AIR 1 holder Kalpana Kumari tops Bihar Board 12th Results 2018

After her tremendous success in NEET examination, Kalpana Kumari has also bagged the topper position in Bihar Board 12th Results 2018 declared on Wednesday. She also got a cash award of Rs 1 lakh and a laptop.

Speaking to ANI, Kumari said,''Hard work is the secret behind my success. This is unbelievable for me, because I had expected to come in top 10, but didn't except myself to top both the exams.''

Kalpna jointly shared the top position with Commerce topper Nidhi Sinha, who hails from Muzaffarpur. Both the girls scored 434 marks out of 500.

Kalpana Kumari hails from Bihar. She had earlier became the All India Topper by scoring 691 marks out of 720 in CBSE NEET Results 2018. She scored 171 marks out of 180 in physics, 160 marks out of 180 in Chemistry, 360 marks out of 360 in Biology (Biology and Zoology).

The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) declared its Class 12 results t at 4:30 pm today on the BSEB official website biharboard.ac.in.
