NC accuses PDP-BJP of playing politics with Leh flood victims
Jammu, Aug 21: National Conference (NC) today accused the ruling BJP-PDP coalition of playing politics over the sufferings of Leh and Nobra flood victims.
"The coalition is politicising the miseries of the flood sufferers of Leh and Nobra Valley in particular.

The PDP, BJP and Congress are using the issue to further their poll prospects for the ensuing election to Ladakh Hill Development Council," NC leader and former minister Tsetan Namgyal said.
He said as a consequence the people of Leh and Nobra, especially the flood victims, were suffering.
Namgyal said the BJP and PDP activists were raising a hue and cry instead of prevailing upon the governments in New Delhi and Srinagar to come to the rescue of flood victims.
He said these parties, together with the Congress, were delaying the issue to gain maximum electoral advantage out of it.
"They should not undermine the wisdom of the people of Leh and Nobra, who are determined to teach them a lesson in the ensuing polls," he said.
