Mumbai: Teenager falls unconscious after accident, bystanders steal her phone
Ananya Gaitonde, 17, was walking on the road when she was hit by a biker in Andheri.
A disgruntled father has written a post on his Facebook wall narrating the ordeal of his daughter who met with an accident in Mumbai. Vishwanath Gaitonde wrote that his daughter Ananya's mobile was stolen by onlookers who surrounded her when she fell unconscious after she met with an accident.

Ananya Gaitonde, 17, was walking on the road when she was hit by a biker in Andheri. None of them bothered to call an ambulance or inform the police. But, luckily, Ananya was saved by a mother-daughter duo. They took Ananya to their building which was just across the road and took care of her till her father arrived.
"....the Mother and daughter duo insist on helping and they move the girl with them...sprinkle water on her ..try to get her back to consciousness...my daughter wakes up unaware of what has happened ...she can't recollect anything ...total memory loss....the women search her purse for identification / mobile phone...nothing found....after some persistent questioning by them ...my daughter who is in extreme pain ..remembers her name ..her college and thankfully my mobile no ....thank god for that !!", wrote Vishwanath.
Later she was taken to Kokilaben hospital emergency. The CT scans came positive and probably the memory loss was due to a concussion.
He expressed his anger towards the inhumane behaviour of the people who took advantage of the situation instead of helping an injured.
