Mumbai Student's Email Hacked, Abusive Messages Sent to Poland Consulate General
An unknown individual accessed a student's email account and sent offensive emails to the Consulate General of Poland in Mumbai and officials at a medical university in Europe, according to police reports on Thursday. The incident was reported by Hiren Bhunje, an 18-year-old student from Mumbai, leading to a case being filed against the unidentified hacker.

The issue surfaced on Wednesday evening when Bhunje, who lives in Ghatkopar West, reported the email hacking to Parksite Police Station. Having completed Class 12 with a science background, Bhunje aims to pursue an MBBS degree in Poland. He had applied for a visa and provided his email ID as part of the application process.
Hacking Incident Details
Bhunje was also communicating with officials at a Polish medical university regarding his admission through his email. On Tuesday night around 11:25 pm, someone gained unauthorized access to his email account. This person then sent abusive messages to the Consulate General of Poland in Mumbai and the university officials.
The complaint suggests that the hacker's intention was to harm Bhunje's academic prospects by obstructing his admission process and causing his visa application to be denied. An FIR has been lodged under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and the IT Act at Parksite Police Station in Vikhroli. The investigation is currently ongoing.
