Mumbai: 15 rescued as boat capsizes near Bandra-Worli Sea Link

Around 15 people were rescued who were on board a ship that capsized near Bandra-Worli Sea Link in Mahim, earlier on Friday. No casualty have been reported.

It is learnt that it was a privately owned floating restaurant called ARK deck bar which sank around 7:15 pm. According to officials, the boat sank due to high tide where the anchor moved and hit a rock and detached from the seabed.

Floating restaurants have become a new attraction in the city.
