First Batch of Motorcycles and Gears Arrive for MotoGP's Grand Prix of India
Equipment including motorcycles, engines, tires and safety barriers have begun arriving at the Buddh International Circuit in Noida ahead of the MotoGPs Grand Prix. The event is set to take place from September 22-24 with high-profile racers such as Francesco Bagnaia, Marc Marquez among others participating.
The much-anticipated MotoGP's Grand Prix of India is on the cusp of becoming a reality as equipment for the event has started arriving at the Buddh International Circuit. The first batch of motorcycles and gears was transported to Greater Noida near Delhi last Thursday, according to event organisers. This significant development marks a major step towards hosting one of the most prestigious events in international motorcycle racing.
Arrival of Equipment Marks Start Of Preparations

The motorcycles, engines, tires, and safety barriers arrived in New Delhi via air freight and were subsequently transported to the venue. The arrival of this equipment has significantly ramped up the excitement among fans and participants alike. Most of these bikes landed in New Delhi under heavy police security before being transported to their final destination at the Buddh International Circuit.
"The remaining bikes and equipment will arrive in the next lot," said Amit Sandill, Racing Director for FairStreet Sports, who are serving as Indian promoters for MotoGP. With less than two weeks until race day scheduled from September 22-24, preparations are well underway.
Celebrities Add Glamour To The Event
In an interesting addition to proceedings, actor and television personality Rannvijay Singha toured the circuit on Thursday. Known widely for his love affair with motorcycles and adventure sports alike, Singha got a firsthand experience of what it feels like to be on such an iconic track. He went around getting familiarised with every nook and corner of Buddh International Circuit which is set to host some high-octane action soon.
Star-Studded Line Up For Grand Prix
The Grand Prix will feature some big names from international motorcycle racing fraternity such as Francesco Bagnaia, Marc Marquez, Marco Bezzecchi, Brad Binder, Jack Miller Jorge Martin, and Fabio Quartararo among others. The presence of these renowned racers is expected to elevate the level of competition and draw in a large number of fans from across the globe.
