Mohan Yadavs Ujjain Visit: A Grand Show of Support

On Saturday, December 16, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav participated in a function in his hometown Ujjain to mark the launch of the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra. Prime Minister Narendra Modi virtually inaugurated the yatra from Delhi. During the event, Yadav flagged off the Modi ki guarantee van and subsequently led a 7-kilometer roadshow from Dussehra Maidan. This marked his first visit to Ujjain since assuming the role of Chief Minister on December 13.

Thousands Gather for the Roadshow

Thousands of people lined the streets, enthusiastically cheering and raising slogans such as "Mohan Yadav Jindabad" as the roadshow progressed. The atmosphere was filled with excitement and support for the Chief Minister.

Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra: Reaching Underserved Communities

Earlier in the day, Prime Minister Modi flagged off the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra in five states: Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Telangana, and Mizoram. These states recently held assembly elections, which caused a delay in the yatra's launch due to the model code of conduct. The yatra aims to ensure that the benefits of various government schemes reach all targeted beneficiaries in a timely manner, thereby achieving saturation of these flagship programs.

Beneficiaries Share Success Stories

During the virtual launch, Prime Minister Modi interacted with beneficiaries from various states who have successfully utilized government schemes to improve their lives. These individuals shared their inspiring stories, highlighting the positive impact of these initiatives on their communities.

The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra is a significant undertaking that underscores the government's commitment to inclusive development and social welfare. By ensuring that the benefits of government schemes reach all intended beneficiaries, the yatra contributes to the overall progress and prosperity of the nation.
