Modi's Mahamana Express messed up; Indian Railway passengers to go through counselling

New Delhi, Feb 3: Within days of its launch, Narendra Modi's dream project Mahamana Express was messed up. All dirty pictures of the train have become viral on social media.

People across the country were disappointed to see the images which proved that Rs Rs 30 lakh, which was spend for the new coaches of the train, has become a waste.

Now, Indian Railways authorities have been planning to counsel its passengers about etiquette. People will get travel-lessons from its officials.

Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi on Jan 22 inaugurated the Mahamana Express from his Lok Sabha constituency, Varanasi.

The Varanasi-New Delhi train is equipped with special features such as controlled discharged water taps, new toilet modules, exhaust fans, LED lights, snack tables for side-berth passengers and fire retardation materials.

After finding the pathetic photos of the train, a senior railway official was quoted as saying, "Railways was really troubled looking at images which surfaced within 10 running days of the train. Passengers have made the coaches dirty with garbage dumped on floor, blocking washbasins and toilets and damaging accessories."
