Mizoram Assembly passes Supplementary Demand
Aizawl, Mar 21: Mizoram Assembly today unanimously passed the Supplementary Demand for grants for the current fiscal (2015-16) amounting to Rs 1,126.99 crore.
The Supplementary Demand was presented in the Assembly on Thursday last by the state Finance Minister Lalsawta along with the state annual budget for 2016-17.
Meanwhile, the discussion of the budget was taken up in the legislature today and would be concluded in the evening while the budget is scheduled to be passed on March 30.
