Manipur Violence: Army Picks Up Eerie Details About Upping Violence

The Indian Army has got wind of a plot regarding the likely use of human shields in planned attacks in the violent-hit Manipur.

The information according to sources was picked up based on intercepted transcripts between two groups of militants.

"You are under our watch. #IndianArmy is committed to restore peace & adopt a people-friendly approach, irrespective of the nefarious plot," the Manipur-based Spear Corps," said in a Tweet.

The Army while quoting 'Party A and Party B' said that the plan was for the latter to execute a subversive plan during the day. " We will remain in the frontline and the whole public will be the backline or 2nd line. After that we will destroy a village," the transcript read.

When 'Party B' sought to know the location of the village and target area, 'Party A' responded with details that were blurred in the transcript released by the Indian Army.'Party A' then asked 'Party B' to arrange for a vehicle and be ready to execute the plan, the Army also said.

Later on 'Party B' sought an update and was quoted as saying, "I will bring 15 people to fetch the arms."

'Party A' then tells 'Party B', 'do not worry, the cadres are ore in number compared to the arms.
