Mangaluru: Filmmaker falls into Ermai falls, dies
A Kannada movie Director drowned in Mangaluru's Ermai falls during a photoshoot on Wednesday. Director Santosh Shetty, who went with a team of four people, slipped into the falls during the photoshoot. The Police and firefighters have recovered the body of the deceased.

Santosh Shetty had directed a short Kannada movie 'Kanasu' in 2013.
In fact, locals are warning visitors about the dangers of getting into falls during heavy rains. According to reports, heavy rains on coastal Karnataka has caused overflow of river waters in Ermai falls. Ermai falls is located near Kajoor in Beltangady taluk.
The heavy rain in coastal Karnataka has claimed three lives so far.
