What's cooking between Mamata-Kejriwal? Didi to meet Delhi CM at her nephew's residence

New Delhi, Aug 11: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee will on Tuesday meet her Delhi counterpart Arvind Kejriwal over dinner tonight.

The Trinamool Congress (TMC) supremo is here in the national capital to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi to discuss flood relief in West Bengal.

Mamata will reportedly meet AAP convener, Kejriwal, at her nephew and TMC MP Abhishek Banerjee's residence in New Delhi.

Banerjee was unable to meet the Delhi CM at his Iftar party, although her party leaders were present on the occasion. So, this is termed as a courtesy call by her.

But, a political angle could not be ignored from this meet. Speculations are rife that the duo, who are known for being critical of the Modi government, will discuss their future course of action against Centre.

Meanwhile on Wednesday, Mamata will be meeting PM Modi and demand adequate funds from the Centre for post-flood reconstruction work in her state, where loss of property has been estimated at about Rs 30,000 crore.
