Police has registered a case against unidentified

Unidentified people set fire to Mahatma Gandhi's bust in Joura's Gandhi Park, Morena, Madhya Pradesh. Police has registered a case against unidentified people under IPC Section 295 and the search for culprits has begun.

Unfortunately, the incident comes on the day of the birth anniversary of Sardar Patel.

Under IPC Section 295 a person shall be punishable with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both for injuring or defiling place of worship with intent to insult the religion of any class.
