Madhya Pradesh Cabinet Expansion: List Of Ministers, Profiles For New MP Cabinet In CM Mohan Yadav Govt

Madhya Pradesh Governor Mangubhai C Patel administered the swear-in ceremony for Chief Minister Mohan Yadav-led government's first cabinet expansion on Monday, December 25. According to the reports, 18 newly-elected MLAs took oath as Cabinet Ministers, 4 leaders as State Ministers, and 6 elected public representatives as Ministers of State with Independent Charge.

18 cabinet ministers who took the oath of office today were Kunwar Vijay Shah, Kailash Vijayvargiya, Prahlad Singh Patel, Rakesh Singh, Uday Pratap Singh, Sampatiya Uikey, Tulsi Ram Silawat, Aidal Singh Kansana, Nirmala Bhuriya, Govind Singh Rajput, Vishwas Sarang, Narayan Singh Kushwah, Nagar Singh Chouhan, Pradhuman Singh Tomar, Rakesh Shukla, Chaitanya Kashyap, Inder Singh Parmar, and Karan Singh Verm.

Madhya Pradesh Cabinet Expansion

Narendra Shivaji Patel, Pratima Bagri, Ahirwar Dileep, and Radha Singh were sworn in as the Minister of State. At the same time, Krishna Gaur, Dharmendra Bhav Singh Lodhi, Dilip Jaiswal, Gautam Tetwal, Lakhan Patel, and Narayan Singh Pawar have been given charge as the Minister of States with Independent Charge.

After the swear-in ceremony, the former Chief Minister and one of the most senior leaders of Madhya Pradesh Shivraj Singh Chouhan congratulated the new cabinet. Shivraj Singh Chouhan said "Congratulations to all, we will create a new history of public service. Today, I heartily congratulate all the friends who took oath as cabinet ministers, independent charges, and ministers of state in the Madhya Pradesh Government. I am confident that all of you will create a new history of service to the public and progress of the state with all your strength, complete devotion, and dedication."

Chief Minister Mohan Yadav expressed his gratitude towards the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) top brass saying "Under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP National Chief JP Nadda, state BJP chief VD Sharma, and all senior party leaders, the new cabinet will work for the betterment of the state."
