Lok Sabha Poll Prediction

Will Bihar Support PM Modi-Led NDA In 2024 Elections?

According to the poll results, it is anticipated that the NDA will secure more than 50 per cent of the votes in Bihar, while the INDIA alliance is expected to receive only 36 per cent of the votes. The ABP-CVoter survey also revealed significant preferences among voters for the Prime Ministerial candidates, as reported by The Mint.

A substantial 69 per cent of respondents expressed a preference for Narendra Modi as the Prime Minister. In contrast, Rahul Gandhi lagged behind with only 23 per cent of voters favoring him for the PM's post. Furthermore, the ABP-CVoter survey highlighted satisfaction levels with political leadership.

Approximately 58 per cent of respondents expressed complete satisfaction with the performance of Prime Minister Modi. However, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar received lower satisfaction ratings, with only 26 per cent of respondents reporting complete satisfaction with his performance.

These findings suggest a strong inclination towards the BJP-led NDA in Bihar, with Prime Minister Narendra Modi enjoying significant popularity among voters compared to other potential contenders for the PM's position. Satisfaction with governance reflects varying sentiments towards different political leaders in the state.

Bihar Lok Sabha Election Phases and Results

The polling for 40 constituencies in Bihar will be conducted in seven phases: April 19, April 26, May 7, May 13, May 20, May 25, and June 1, with counting scheduled for June 4. The second phase will see voting in Kishanganj, Katihar, Purnia, Bhagalpur, and Banka. The third phase will cover Jhanjharpur, Supaul, Araria, Madhepura, and Khagaria. Darbhanga, Ujiarpur, Samastipur, Begusarai, and Munger will vote in the fourth phase of the Lok Sabha elections in 2024.

The fifth phase of polling will include Sitamarhi, Madhubani, Muzaffarpur, Saran, and Hajipur. The sixth phase will cover Valmiki Nagar, Paschim Champaran, Purvi Champaran, Sheohar, Vaishali, Gopalganj, Siwan, and Maharajganj seats.

The seventh and final phase will see voting in Nalanda, Patna Sahib, Pataliputra, Arrah, Buxar, Sasaram, Karakat, and Jahanabad Lok Sabha seats.
