Amid the INDIA opposition bloc's hope of springing a surprise, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is eyeing a third straight term in power.

Most experts have long viewed the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) as the favourite to win the 2024 Lok Sabha polls. However, the scale of victory and the potential to conquer new territories are crucial for the ruling coalition. For the opposition, the stakes are even higher as they grapple with a diminishing national presence.

Exit polls have unanimously predicted that the NDA is closer to achieving Modi's ambitious target of "400 plus" seats for his alliance, while the INDIA bloc struggles to reach even the 180 mark, which is one-third of the total seats.

As the counting of votes for the Lok Sabha election is set for Tuesday, let us take a look at what exit polls predicted on Saturday.

India Today-My Axis India predicts the NDA will secure 361-401 seats, the INDIA bloc 131-166 seats, and others 8 to 20 seats.

India TV-CNX forecasts the NDA to win 371 to 401 seats and the INDIA bloc 109 to 139 seats, with others likely to receive 28 to 38 seats.

News24-Today Chanakya projects 400 seats for the NDA, with the BJP expected to secure 335 seats. The INDIA alliance is anticipated to get 107 seats, with Congress securing 50 seats.

Republic Bharat-Matrize predicts the NDA will win 353-368 seats. The INDIA bloc is projected to win in 118-133 Lok Sabha constituencies, while other candidates are expected to win 43-48 seats.

India News D Dynamics forecasts the NDA to get 371 seats, the INDIA bloc 125-133 seats, and others 30 seats.

Republic Bharat-P Marq predicts 359 seats for the NDA, 154 for the INDIA bloc, and 30 for others.

Jan Ki Baat predicts the NDA will get 362-392 seats, the INDIA bloc 141-161, and others 10-20 seats.

News Nation predicts the NDA will get 342-378 seats, the INDIA bloc 153-169 seats.

NDTV India - Jan Ki Baat predicts 362-392 seats for the NDA, 141 to 161 for the INDIA bloc, and 10 to 20 for others.

ABP-C Voters forecasts the NDA will get 353 to 383 seats and the INDIA bloc will get 152 to 182 seats, while others will get 4 to 12 seats.

Times Now-ETG predicts 358 seats for NDA, 152 for INDIA, and 33 for others.

Dainik Bhaskar projects 281 to 350 seats for the NDA, 145 to 201 seats for the INDIA bloc, and 33 to 49 seats for others.

News18 predicts 355-370 seats for the NDA and 125 to 140 seats for the INDIA bloc. Other parties are projected to secure 42-52 seats. As per this exit poll, the ruling party is likely to get 305-315 seats on its own, while INC is expected to get 62-72 seats.
