Lok Sabha Election 2024 Result: BJP Sweeps All Seats, Keeping MP, Uttarakhand, Delhi, and Himachal Saffron

Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Delhi, and Himachal Pradesh have remained under saffron influence once again. Madhya Pradesh has seen a sweep by the BJP, with the party comfortably leading in all 29 seats. Concerns have arisen for the Congress as Nakul Nath, their sole MP from Chhindwara, is trailing.

In Uttarakhand, the BJP is heading towards a near sweep for the third consecutive term, leading on all five seats. As per the latest trends, a safe lead has been secured by the BJP on all seats.

In the Nainital-Udham Singh Nagar seat, BJP's sitting MP Ajay Bhatt is leading by over 1.51 lakh votes. In Almora, BJP MP Ajay Tamta has a lead of over 69,000 votes. Anil Baluni from the BJP leads by over 35,000 votes in Garhwal, while in Tehri Garhwal, BJP MP Mala Rajya Laxmi Shah is ahead by a similar margin.

A saffron sweep is likely in Himachal Pradesh, where the BJP has continued its dominance and is poised to win all four seats. Kangana Ranaut, the BJP candidate from Mandi, is leading by a margin of 23,156 votes, while Union Minister Anurag Thakur, seeking a fifth term from the Hamirpur seat, is ahead by a margin of 50,152 votes.

In the Kangra seat, Congress candidate Anand Sharma is trailing by 81,315 votes, and Suresh Kashyap, the former BJP state president and sitting BJP MP from Shimla, is leading by 26,122 votes. In Delhi, the BJP continues to maintain its stronghold, leading in all seven seats. Delhi continues to be a bastion for the BJP with the saffron party now leading in all seven seats.
