Lok Sabha Election 2024 Opinion Poll: BJP's Sweep With 25-0 In Rajasthan, Says India TV-CNX Report
According to the projection made by the India TV-CNX Opinion Poll on Tuesday (March 5), it was suggested that all 25 seats in the upcoming 2024 Lok Sabha elections are likely to be won by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
This prediction comes in the backdrop of the BJP's previous success in securing 24 seats during the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, with the remaining seat being won by the Rashtriya Loktantrik Party (RLP), an ally of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA).

Furthermore, the projection indicates that the Congress party is unlikely to secure any seats in this election cycle, maintaining a trend observed in previous contests. Additionally, the projection highlights a potential electoral setback for RLP leader Hanuman Beniwal, who is anticipated to lose the Nagaur Lok Sabha constituency in Rajasthan.

Lok Sabha Predictions By MOTN
Projected to snag zero seats, the Congress, which until last year ruled the desert state, is expected to lose the one seat it managed to win in the previous Lok Sabha election, as per the India Today's Mood Of The Nation report. The grand old party has been grappling with internal discord that has significantly weakened its position in Rajasthan.
In terms of vote share, the NDA is anticipated to hover around 59 per cent, which, while slightly lower than the 61 per cent achieved in 2019, still represents a substantial majority. The opposition INDIA bloc, despite internal strife and challenges, is projected to marginally improve its vote share to 35 per cent, up from 34 per cent in the previous election. Other parties are likely to account for a mere 6 per cent of the vote share.
Coming to the bigger picture, it is suggested by the MOTN poll that if the Lok Sabha elections were held today, the NDA would retain power with a comfortable majority of 306 seats, surpassing the magic number of 272 required to form the government. The BJP alone is projected to win 287 seats, securing a simple majority on its own. Meanwhile, the INDIA opposition bloc is expected to secure 193 seats, showing a significant jump from earlier surveys but still falling short of challenging the NDA's dominance.
